Level 2/3 Systems and Network Engineer
About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Level 2/3 Systems and Network Engineer for a full time position based at our Brisbane office in Murarrie. This person will be joining a dynamic team and working in a relaxed and fun environment. You will be working along side a great team helping add to the skill set of the senior engineers. You will be required to work on escalations as well as guiding those below you. You need proven experience with complex issue resolution as well as be prepared to wear a number of hats including client management. You will run your own projects and coordinate the team below within the project.

Role Description & Requirements
You will be working across various client’s covering:
The role will also have technical client account management responsibilities, including the following:
Manage a portfolio of managed support clients
Be the dedicated client contact for ongoing customer enquiries and support
Regular on-site visits with clients
The successful candidate will ideally have:
Experience in client facing roles
Advanced Networking technologies including switching, routing, wireless, VPNPreferable to have CCNA and Network Security Experience on Cisco and UbiquitiAzure Experience
Experience in the design and implementation of cloud solutions (predominantly Office 365), Server, Windows, Linux, Hyper-V and VMWare
Experience in client account management will be beneficial
Previous experience as a team lead will be beneficial
Excellent communication skills
Experience using N-Central and ConnectWise is a bonus
Exposure to Project methodologies (Agile) and IT Framework (CoBIT, ITIL)
Experience working for an MSP
Experience conducting IT or Security audits a plus
The role requires to be part of on-call roster and also requires a driving license and a vehicle.
