As our Head of Business Systems, Pete brings over 30 years of distinguished experience in the IT industry, including 20 years leading a successful Managed Service Provider. His comprehensive expertise spans business systems support, strategic consulting, and data analytics. Pete’s visionary leadership and deep technical insight are instrumental in ensuring operational excellence, fostering innovation, and strengthening our technology-driven business outcomes.

Glen has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry. With an entrepreneurial background in systems analysis and development, he has also worked as a director in a number of globally recognised consulting firms. He is passionate about effective IT-enabled change. Glen is a brilliant business consultant and a fantastic asset to our company.

Angus is the SmileTel Team Lead at Smile IT, bringing 25 years’ experience in team leadership, business management, and solution delivery across telecommunications, agriculture, software development, cybersecurity, and consulting. He’s passionate about making complex technology simple, building reliable telco solutions like VoIP and business internet, and working closely with clients to improve how they communicate and do business.

Michael is Head of Service Delivery at Smile IT, with end‑to‑end experience across technical delivery, projects, account management and sales.
